We bake for cafes, restaurants and delis around Totnes and Dartington. Every loaf is slow-fermented sourdough, made with heritage grain grown in Devon and stone-milled by us each week.

Our wholesale loaves: Country sourdough (regular and large catering loaf), turmeric and black pepper, sprouted rye, dark tin and focaccia.
